CL English Language School was founded in 1999 and since then has welcomed international students from around the world while they study and improve their English language skills in a relaxed environment under the guidance and supervision of our qualified, professional and super-friendly teaching team!
The school is located in London, Waterloo which is just across the River Thames from the Houses of Parliament and Westminster and around the corner from the famous London Eye and the enchanting South Bank with its street artists, performers, shops and bars.
The school is situated on the ground floor of Dover House with hostel-style accommodation available for both students and international visitors on the upper floors of the same building. There are six comfortable classrooms, a welfare office and library, a TV room with snack, cold and hot-drink machines and an internet caf�. The school is open almost all year round, closing for just two weeks at Christmas and one week at Easter. This means that you may begin your course any Monday of the year after completing an initial level test and a free trial lesson. The school also offers a lively social programme giving you extra opportunities to practise your English as well as ideas about what and where to visit and information on local London events.
CL English staff are always on hand to give advice and suggestions as to how to make adjusting to living in London a little easier and the school office can help you with finding accommodation in London, either in our school hostel or in one of our other partner hostels or with host families throughout London.
