Chichewa

Chichewa is a Bantu language widely spoken in Malawi, while a very close dialect of Chichewa, called Chinyanja, is spoken in much of Zambia and parts of Mozambique. The following materials are available for downloading for the study of Chichewa

Chichewa is a language of the Bantu language family widely spoken in south-central Africa. The prefix chi-, also spelled ci-, means "language", and hence the language is also known simply as Chewa or Nyanja. Chingoni and Chikunda are mutually intelligible dialects of the language.
