Rosemead College of English (RCE) is located in sunny Southern California. It was established in 1992 and has two campuses, one in Rosemead and one in Torrance. Both campuses have been approved by the INS to issue the SEVIS I-20 form to foreign students who intend to apply for student visa (F-1).

With a complete knowledge of English language after finishing Rosemead College, many of our students have been accepted to various prestigious colleges and universities in the USA.

RCE not only offers students lessons in English language that consist of six levels, but it is also an official testing center for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) examination.

Students are taught by native English speakers, in pairs or small groups, which enables teachers to monitor their progress individually.
